The wall in the stairwell is a work of art. Literally. It is a giant painting that runs from the basement to the 7th floor. I don’t know who painted it, or why they chose to put it in a stairwell but I love it.
In the bats and caves in the basement become a burrow for rabbits on the next floor which becomes a pond of fresh water fish and turtles. As you work your way from the main floor to the 7th, you find squirrels, owls, eagles and woodpeckers. Clouds and acorns fill the sky.
It gives me a reason to climb the stairs.
