My family gathered Sunday after church for a wonderful brunch! The kids (SardAustins) made me waffles, scrambled eggs, fruit, coffee, sausages, and my absolute favorite cake in the whole, wide world…Pineapple Upside Down Cake!!
But they took it one step further.
They put my name in it! Sure, the “T” looks more like a section of “P” or broken off “n”, making my name Curp or Curn.
But I’m not complaining. It was the wonderful, lovely thought that counts. My heart was warmed. My stomach was full. My day was a blessing.
Thanks, Kids…all 7 of you. I love you all more than you will ever know.
