I was thinking about how much my life has changed in the last two years. Just a little over two years ago, I spent nearly every minute of my work day on the phone. I spoke to people all day. They called to tell their stories and I had the privilege of listening, asking probing questions, and learning about their lives. There are times when I really miss that job. I miss speaking with each caller. But there are other days that I’m very thankful that there isn’t an ear-piece hanging on my head.Day 124 – March 4, 2011
