The drive to town wasn’t too bad but I came to work late due to a night appointment. Most of the mess had been cleared…at least until I was about a mile from my parking area. With a woman in a ditch, the policeman made us sit for 10 minutes while they pushed her out.
The office was released 59 minutes early due to the terrible weather and my appointment was canceled. I could have stayed at home and saved myself the three hours of work.
