This was the first day that I’ve just rested for most of the 18 hours I was awake. Sure, I changed the oil in the Saturn and did laundry and dishes…but other than that, I just kicked back.
In the evening, Anita and I had the joy of going on a double-date with my son, Jonathan and his girlfriend, Marianna. We shared Chinese food, some after-dinner Noble Coffee, and returned home for a movie (Notting Hill) and some ice cream. It was a pleasant event.
