Each year, my office mates meet on a Saturday morning, eats breakfast, and then travel to the office to destroy old files. It is more of a tradition than a requirement. The process only requires half an hour of work because they have developed such a good system. But it is nice to sit and talk over scrambled eggs and coffee.
