True Blogging – The way God intended it to be.

Stories take work. Random thoughts come quickly. And in my case, often. And so, Daily Diary is born.

Austin’s Acre has never been about blogging in the traditional sense of the word. (If there is a traditional sense to the word.) The Acre has been committed to short stories, photography, and art.

But while reading a friend’s blog last week, I realized that I too could be a blogger. Daily events. Thoughts on topics and happenings. My world in brief. This is the very essence of a blog.

So today….today…today. What did I do today? Today I drove to the south-side of Indy because I missed my exit on the east side. While driving past my exit, I thought I would just cruise and listen to a book on tape. Then it sounded like I was driving on rumble strips. Then it sounded like I hit stop sticks. Then I sat on the edge of 465 (6 lanes of 55 mph zone kept at a breath-taking 70 mph’s for safety reasons) for one hour.

Thank goodness for my friend who brought his tools and helped get my spare tire from underneath the van.

Oh, I also took pictures of sheep and pigs. Quite a day. Quite a day.
