I laughed out loud several times while watching this movie. Horton’s voice, provided by Jim Carrey is oddly familiar to many of Carrey’s other characters. Despite this, the movie is fresh and funny.
I was surprised at its short length. I don’t know what more you can add to the story to lengthen the film but I’m happy I didn’t pay $9 to see it in the theater.
The only part of the movie that I really did not like was the cartoon insert during Horton’s day dream of grandiosity. It was unnecessary to the story and simplistic in its approach.
